Joann Williams

Joann joined the Mull Real Estate team in 2013 as an experienced Realtor® with extensive knowledge of the Oklahoma City market. She has been an essential component of the HomeVestors® franchise team as a coordinator in the “fix and flip” enterprise. As a property manager for Mull Real Estate, Joann focuses on maximizing occupancy, revenue and managing the tenant experience. She approaches problems with creative solutions and is committed to elevating efficiency by continually improving systems and operations. Before entering the real estate business, Joann spent many years in the law firm environment in various positions, which experience contributes to the success of our company. She is a long-time resident of Oklahoma and is passionate about her family and the Texas Rangers.
