Richard S. McLain

Rich founded Mull Real Estate in 2002 and serves as the Managing Broker.  Rich earned his Bachelor’s degree from Duke University in 1980, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1983.  He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1983, but retired from the practice of law after 37 years in 2020.  Rich has orchestrated a dynamic real estate enterprise with emphasis on owning and operating affordable housing, a “fix and flip” business using the HomeVestorsⓇ franchise network, a construction and remodeling company, and a “best in class” property management business.
